The Prisoner of War is an ally emprisoned in a cage that gives a free life and a rescue when touched (even if he's only a corpse).
Prisoner of War is immune to most of the player and enemy attacks but can still be crushed and destroyed through lots of explosions, acid, pits or being crushed.
He's the only way to unlock other bros in the games he's featured in.
