Mook Scientists are mooks tasked with experimenting with science to further their cause. They wear black boots, gray pants, white lab coats over a blue shirt, and the signature black ski mask. They're armed with pistols instead of rifles. They were added in the Broforce Forever Update.

Mook Scientists are identical to their basic counterparts save for their appearance and weaponry. They have identical attacks, reaction time, health, and behavior.

- Because Mook Scientists are armed and fire upon bros, it is legal to kill them according the Geneva Conventions.
- They are only encountered during a treasure hunt in South America.
- They have unique dancing animations when affected by Desperabro's music.
- When beheaded, a bone can be seen poking out of their neck.
- This is opposed to other normal-sized mooks, who only have a red splotch.
